At Savrshop, we believe in delivering great value without compromise. While we take utmost care to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent return policy designed to protect your interests.

🕒 Time Frame for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order (based on tracking updates shared by our courier partners). After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, simply notify us through one of the following:

We’ll arrange a courier pickup for your convenience. Once the product is received back in its original condition, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 14 days of pickup.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the original condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging


🔁 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days


⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t been credited yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider – sometimes it takes time to reflect

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays may occur

🔖 Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges / Replacement

While we prefer issuing refunds over exchanges for simplicity, special exchange / replacement requests may be reviewed upon request. Please email your request to heteshe@ataw.co.in  within 2 days of delivery.

If any replacement / exchange is approved the new item will get delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days from the date of approval.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
